GlamPalm GP201BL

I bought my first GlamPalm GP201BL in January 2016 and has only just died so got 5 1/2 years out of it with no issues. I have now just purchased the exact same original again as very happy with GlamPalm. I originally had a *** which lasted approx 3 years and then bought and replacement *** but the replacement was not the same quality and have had to replace it within the 2 year warranty each time 3 times now.

Super quick at heating up, super quick to style hair by going over each section once and style remains in place for days. Glides over hair nicely and leaves it looking healthy, shining and as if don't in a salon. Handy travel case and hair clips are a bonus. Really appreciate the extra long cord too!

I am absolutely amazed by how fast this product got to me- it took one day from Brisbane to Adelaide and arrived very well wrapped and secure. Upon opening my flat iron I was taken back by how beautiful the packaging was and how luxury it looked. 100% worth the money. I've been using my flat iron for three days now and it styles my hair in half the time that my old one did AND the style holds ALL day and night. If I could change anything it would be that it opened a little further but that may just be because I purchased the GP201 and not a larger iron- but this is only a tiny thing that honestly really doesn't affect the use of the product at all - I'm just getting used to a new iron I think! Overall 5/5 stars and if you've been considering whether to invest in a GlamPalm iron I would 100% recommend it. Beyond worth the money!!

I have very straight and long hair and when I used GP201 for the first time to curl my hair, it only took 6 mins. I got many complement from my friends and my curly hair last for 14 hours. I'm so happy to have it now, it really saves my money to go to salon and time as well.

My GHD literally blew up mid use (my hair is still attached) and my hair dresser told me about Glampalm, I'd never heard of this brand before so decided I needed to do my research. I narrowed my search down by product reviews and you tube videos, I looked at the latest GHD, the Cloud nine and Halo, from this I decided to purchase the Glamplam original GP201. I was a little iffy about the heat setting as I wasn't sure which one, but it's actually very user friendly when you use it a couple of times. I have shoulder length hair which is very fluffy and wavy and probably 3/4 grey but coloured (I'm in my 50's). This hair straightener is quite unique in a very good way. I use the highest setting but that's because I want that really sleek look. I'm very impressed with the end result, but whats even more amazing is it holds that sleek look for about 3 to 4 days, I love it! My hair feels incredibly soft after I've used the straightener. Over all I would give this product the highest score, I have very difficult hair and this does a great job. But in all my research, what I was most impressed with this company was their customer service, in all the reviews I read, that stood out like a beacon, trust in this product and company, you couldn't go wrong.

I bought mine 4 years ago. I am a hairstylist. It has been used daily for almost the entire 4 years. She's still like brand new. Never a fault. The cords so long i can do my own hair and still walk around the corner and hurry my kids to get ready. For the tough location jobs where to power is far away, no issues, its easy to clean. Heats up so fast and honestly the best tool a girl can have. I just bought one for my neice for her 16th birthday and know it will be perfect. I recommend it to everyone. Even just had a clients turn up this week and she loves it. I honestly can not recommend highly enough

I am beyond impressed with this straightener! I have had a number of different straighteners over the years and none come even close to glampalm. Great Choice

I've tested it for straight and for curl and I am extremely happy. Before purchasing I read SO many other reviews for other brands and for Glampalm and am happy I went with this one. It's all it says in the description and I love the fact you can change heat settings. It heats up straight away and the case is super cute. It's very light weight which is awesome if you have to get through a lot of hair like me. The curls you can achieve with this straightener are really awesome, better then my actual curler!

My hair stays pin straight even after sleeping! My hair feels softer and looks shiny days after use and it doesn't dry my hair out!! I don't feel like I need to give my hair a rest from over heating it. I've also noticed less split ends and breakage. Can't say enough about how much I love this product! Is definitely worth the price!

I have fine hair, so this is exactly what I needed. I love being able to control the temperature, which means I will cause less damage to my hair compared to other straighteners with no temperature control. Curling my hair is so easy, and they last all day long. Couldn't be happier.

I was skeptical at first but from the second i used it i was in love. It has been amazing for my hair and i love how my hair remaims so healthy. I was very skeptical of this as I had never heard of Glampalm. After passing over their pop ups on my Facebook feed I finally decided to have a look. I was amazed at the fact I found it extremely hard to find a negative review and once I heard the "no damage" claim from Glampalm and customers alike I was sold, I had to have one. Delivery was SUPER fast. And the moment I ran this styler through my hair I knew no other styler would ever touch my hair again. I had a top of the line straightener that just was not performing anymore so the thought of replacing it was easy. Just yesterday I was caught in two fine mist showers of rain which would normally leave me with terrible frizz but NOTHING. No frizz at all. I am astounded. Thank you Glampalm for finally giving me SOFT, shiny and smooth hair. I'm hoping now it will repair and grow. Love it. Next on my list is the dryer and puddle brush.

I had a *** for 10 years and it finally decided to come to the end of it's road. I then bought a top of the line *** Platinum and in less than 3 months it was no longer heating up and started to beep and flash red. After a long and arduous process trying to get money back, I spent the money on the Glam Palm (and had some change) and it is awesome. I was skeptical because I hadn't heard of it before but I will be spreading the name for sure! It straightens better than my original *** and hair stays straighter for longer too! I hope it lasts at least a few years, and i will be the most satisfied customer ever!

I was referred to Glam Palm after a friend recommended it. I had previously sworn by *** but now absolutely love my glam palm! I have trouble sometimes straightening my hair because it is so thin but there is so much of it, so it looses it's styling after a short period of time, but I've found since using the Glam Palm it seems to keep styled for a lot longer. Curls really well too which is a big tick for me!

I received this as a present and have only used it once but it appears to be excellent. I previously had a *** though that one doesnt even compare. The 201 glided through my dry, fine, curly hair easily and left it with a shining glow and minimal frizz, plus was compact and easy to use. Only took two days to get here very happy with the prompt preparation and shipping, started with washed hair no heat protectant, no oils straightened hair and came out looking healthy that before straightening which is very rare for my hair, straightener took 10secs to heat up which is brilliant for when I'm in a rush,the cord is super long which is very handy for me with location of plugs and it was packaged very carefully which I was very happy with, woke up this morning and my hair is actually straight I definitely give this straightener a 10/10 and would definitely reccommend! After reading all the 5 star reviews on the glam Palm styling range, I was so excited to order one of my own and I wasn't disappointed! Everything from the fast email response to my question, to the free express shipping and the beautiful packaging, but of course it's what's inside the packaging that counts and I have to say the glam Palm has completely lived up to my expectations! I love how quickly it heats up, the adjustable heat settings, the piece of mind that its not damaging my hair and most of all, the way it glides over my hair without any snagging! My previous hair iron was constantly snagging my hair and the straight style would never last as my hair is naturally curly, it would have kinks in it by morning, but after straightening with my glam Palm, my hair was still straight the morning after straightening and it makes great curls too! Very happy customer!

I actually thought that my hair was just getting harder to straighten because I'm starting to get a few greys and it's coarser and 'old' hair under the colour. But then my G** broke and I came across the Glampalm and now know it's not my hair that's old - it was my hair straightener. After the 1st use my hair looked so much better and I think it's thanks to the heat setting controls. My hair didn't look 'fried'. I went into work and 5 people in a row asked if I'd just been to the hairdresser! I highly recommend Glampalm and only wish my old straightener had of broken sooner!

I did a lot of research on hair straightners reg price, quality. Read a lot of reviews. Overall, I found Glampalm to be on the top of the list. What surprised me most was not many people in shops know about it. They all know about competitor products. However, the Internet is full of good reviews from its users. Finally, this Christmas, I decided to gift myself a Glampalm and I am so so happy! Very smooth, works perfect on lowest setting. Today is day 3 after I tried this product, and my hair are as good as day 1. Light in weight. Good length cord. Heats up pretty quickly. I am just loving it so much! I am now a proud owner of a Glampalm!

Straight hair all day at the beach!

I was nervous to buy my glampalm because I had never used one, and only read reviews. The website also did not say anything about returns if you were unhappy with your purchase, so I called the customer service line and was advised if I was unhappy I could return the Glampalm within 3 days minus postage. I could deal with that, and thankfully I don't ever want to part with my glampalm haha. It's amazing, straightened my hair yesterday morning, spent the whole day at the beach in the wind, and it was still perfectly straight at the end of the day. Unfortunately for me it doesn't stay straight after I sleep on it, but it actually feels healthier, and I don't feel like I'm frying my hair when I restraighten it. In love, and definitely recommend the Glampalm to any former *** lover, it's definitely better than any of the old ***'s.

I've had my glampalm for less than a week but I can honestly say it is the best purchase I've made in a long time. I've always been a *** user, and because I've got long very very thick hair I always thought ***'s were the only thing that would work for me. After my long standing trusty pair broke I bought a new pair of ***s last year that were useless! So I've done pretty much a year full of research on what's the next best thing, I looked at ***** *s and ************ and tried out my friends, but finally I settled on GlamPalm. Buying a Glam Palm has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone. My hair colour changes more than the seasons, with the current colour being a bright plum. This colour required pre-bleaching, and requires a semi-permanent colour mixed with conditioner to maintain the colour every second wash. My hair has seen better days. BUT FINALLY! A hair straightener that doesn't sizzle my hair"

I purchased the GP201 a few weeks ago and have been using it consistently since. It takes me less time than my previous hair straightener, smells nicer, and leaves my hair notably more soft, shiny and compliant. I have always had very dry, coarse hair, after ditching my old straightener for the GP201 my hair no longer feels as dry, I even have to wash it more often now (which erstwhile was seldom because of scarecrow like and unmanageable it became). After extensive research it became obvious that GlamPalm is the best straightener. I enquired on GlamPalm's Facebook page about which model to purchase and was given excellent advice almost immediately.When I used my new GlamPalm 201 for the first time I was expecting 'good' results from the reviews and feedback I've read, but I never expected such AMAZING results! I have fine, curly hair with a tendency to turn 'fluffy' My jaw length bob, recently hacked short at the back by a bad haircut has a tendency to stick out at right angles. MY beautiful GlamPalm is so light, glides effortlessly through my hair, is perfect on the first stroke through my hair, and the results are stunning!! My hair has body and bounce while being straight and silky soft. I have a better result with my GlamPalm than I have at a salon, which is incredible. It's still perfect two days later. People are commenting on my 'beautiful hair' after one use! I couldn't be happier!

Iv used a *** and a **** which was okay, and a ***** * which didn't even last a year... Then when looking through online reviews, the glampalm kept popping up, I looked into it and couldn't find one bad review! I ordered it one night and it arrived the next day! So fast! The packaging was so nice and came with a really cute case. After first trying it the first time I loved it, although I was a little dissapointed that my hair didn't stay straight throughout the day... I kept having to go over it. However once I started playing with the heat settings I soon fixed this problem. My hair is so much softer and it manages all my cowlicks and flyaways with ease giving me a smooth, soft, healthy finish. This is an amazing product and I'm suprised iv never heard of it before.. This is definately the best straightening iron iv had. It's a little dissapointing that this product isn't a well know name such as the ***** * and *** because it definately beats them all!

I saved up for a GlamPalm hair straightener as a birthday present to myself and I really like it. I was using a really old hair straightener and decided it was time I invested in a good one. I was a previous user of a ***. It was making my hair frizzy I just wasn't liking it so I went on to find reviews and seen the ****** and went to nearly buy one until I seen glampalm review and all the talk was about them.. I was nervous at first coz I had never heard about it and no one else I knew didn't know about them. So I decided to buy a gp201 and it arrived so quick I was surprised.its the most amazing straightening iron I've ever used beautiful packaging I love everything about it, it's not damaging my hair it makes it shiny and lightweight and straightens perfectly and makes amazing curls I'm so pleased I decided to purchase the gp201 and now I've got the hairdryer. Amazing customer service on the Facebook page they really know how to look after the customers needs and answer questions quickly :) glampalm is the best :)

I am very happy with my styler. Service and fast shipping was great. I have a *** and a ****** also which were both really good but am loving the Glampalm much better than either of these. My hair feels so much healthier and I need to use a lower heat to get great results.A very happy customer here. Would highly recommend both product and service.

I was lucky enough to have a pair of original ***s that lasted me a long time - nearly 9 years! But as I use my straighteners regularly I thought it was worth investing in a new pair that was healthier for my hair. They glide brilliantly smoothly, don't pull on my highlights, and generally straighten in 2 swipes. Seeing as the new ***s are not the same quality it was between these and the ******'s, and I'm happy I purchased the GlamPalms.

I am so happy with it! I got my GlamPalm on Wednesday, took 3 days to get hear as I live in qld. I asked my hairdresser but she didnt know about the brand. now im gonna show my hairdresser and tell her to get it!!! Nice packaging. It only has one year warranty on the paper in the box but on the website it says two so i called them and their customer service is just great. they explained that in the rest of the world it is one year but for Australia they are doing something extra... A very happy sista Yay!

Nothing really could compare to my old *** until now... Glampalm is the one.. I am very happy with my iron and the way that it slides through my hair. I have fine, straight hair with a few kinks and only need to use the iron at 150 degrees. I found that my hair stayed straight until I wet it again. My only negative feedback is the case it came in. I was not aware that it was a leather pouch. As a vegan I do not wear or use leather products so will be purchasing another pouch to store it in. It would be great if there was a faux leather pouch or the option of choosing another pouch before purchase, as I wouldn't buy this iron again purely for this reason. I purchased this product over a month ago, after being a *** user for over 5 years. I had heard many reviews from friends who had purchased the GlamPalm GP201 and decided it was time for an upgrade. To be honest, I did have my doubts but after first use I noticed how amazing the GlamPalm was! My hair felt and looked smoother than it had previously, it gives such a natural straightened look and your hair really does feel healthier! The packaging is very glamorous, it comes with a carry case and it's the perfect size, still compact, but does everything you need a straightener to do (even curl)! Pricing is very reasonable, and the GlamPalm is definitely worth every penny!

As a die hard *** girl, I was looking at getting the new *** when I read the reviews on the GlamPalm. I got the Glam Palm today and it leaves *** for dead. Instead of taking about 20 minutes to straighten my hair (and the ends usually feel a little crunchy with the ***), the GlamPalm took 5 minutes (no, I am not exaggerating) and my hair was silky smooth. I like the variable heat, when you run the straightener over your hair it doesn't "catch" on your hair but just glides over it and it only takes one go to straighten a section. The bag it comes in is gorgeous and you also get a couple of hair clips which is a nice bonus. Great 3 metre cord with swivel. Love this straightener!!!

I compared the glampalm with my *** and you can really feel the difference, it keeps my hair soft, it doesn't tangle and it looks healthy. It straightens really well and still gives you a natural straight look, with the *** it's obvious that you straightened your hair. I like that there are different heat settings, I found that the Glampalm got to the desired heat a lot faster then the *** and the long cord is really handy and the swivel connection makes it very easy to use. My hair was still straight the next morning!! You guys have a wonderful product!!

I cannot recommend this straightening iron enough! I've only used it twice and already I can tell the difference. My hair shines and feels lighter and smoother even after I wash it. I straighen my hair in the morning and the result lasts all day, night and even to the next morning. The temperature settings are easy to use and allows for complete control of the resulting style. The accompanying bag and hair clips are not only stylish but very useful. Easily the best straightener I've ever used!
