GlamPalm PrimeCare+ provides up to three years of additional hardware service options, including parts and labour, from GlamPalm-authorised technicians. Coverage includes:

  • Your GlamPalm electrical styling tool cleaning service
  • Any manufacturer's fault
  • Heat Styling Advice by Professional Hair Educators
  • Technical Product Advice by Authorised GlamPalm Technicians
  • Up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a service fee of A$39 for power cord, or A$69.00 for external enclosure damage (2 handles), or A$79.00 for other damage.

Manufacturer Note
GlamPalm PrimeCare+ must be purchased within 90 days of the original purchase date of your GlamPalm electrical tool and provides up to three years of additional service options from your GlamPalm PrimeCare+ purchase date. GlamPalm PrimeCare+ benefits are in addition to any legal rights provided by Australian consumer law. Service coverage is available only for GlamPalm within Australia and up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling your GlamPalm, each subject to a service fee of of A$39 for power cord, or A$69.00 for external enclosure damage, or A$79.00 for other damage. If your GlamPalm has catastrophic damage from an accident or it is inoperable after unauthorised modifications, you will need to buy a replacement.

Products returned for service may be repaired or replaced with parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability. GlamPalm may also request that the customer replace components with readily installable parts such as, but not limited to, hinge caps.

GlamPalm PrimeCare+ benefits are in addition to any legal rights provided by Australian consumer law in your jurisdiction. GlamPalm PrimeCare+ is subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase GlamPalm tool(s).

GlamPalm nor its distributors are authorised to provide any financial advice in respect of the insurance cover for accidental damage from handling. Each coverage will be decided on a case by case basis with GlamPalm to reserve all rights.
